Our meals are prepared fresh and typically last 4-5 days when refrigerated. We recommend consuming them within this timeframe for the best taste and quality. If you need to keep meals longer, you can freeze them to extend their shelf life.

You can also subscribe and have meals automatically selected for you based on your preferences, making meal prep as simple as possible!

Yes! We offer in-house delivery on Mondays in certain areas, as well as delivery through third-party courier services like DoorDash and GrubHub, depending on your location. Contact us to find out if you’re within our delivery zones.

Yes, we do. However, EBT is currently accepted in-store only at the moment.

We know everyone has different tastes and dietary preferences. You can update your meal selections each week or make changes to your subscription anytime. We also offer options for double protein and low-carb meals to suit your dietary goals.

We have a minimum order requirement of 3 items for in-town delivery and 10 items for surrounding areas. However, there is no minimum order requirement for pick-up orders.

Yes! Our subscription service allows you to automatically receive your meals each week. You can set your preferences, and we’ll recommend meals for you, or you can manually choose each week. Adjustments can be made at any time—just log in, update your meals, and hit Save!

The general rule for reheating our meals is 1.5-2 minutes in the microwave (excluding salads). For best results, remove any sauces or dressings before reheating and add them afterward for maximum flavor.
